Caldo de Ejotes con Calabacitas

Come celebrate Día de los Muertos with UTSA Libraries, the UTSA Rec Center and La Despedida this Wednesday November 2nd (tomorrow). From 5:30-6:30, we’ll be demonstrating (and eating) Caldo de Ejotes con Calabacitas–a spicy shrimp soup from Sonora, enriched with green beans and zucchini.

This is the third event in a year-long culinary series, sponsored by UTSA Special Collections, the UTSA Rec Center Demo Kitchen, and La Despedida.
